Coming to London

Mark your diaries:

Our services expand
to London in 2021.

Dreams may be finally coming true for Londoners. Our aesthetic medical services come to central London in 2021.

We sat down with Dr Michael O’Gorman to talk about the commencement of his aesthetic medical services in London and his exciting plans for next year.

Where did the idea of opening in London come from?

Considering there are so many people who live their lives traveling the globe, in a connected and mobile fashion, it makes sense that clients can access my services in the northern and southern hemisphere. Of course COVID-19 has significantly impacted and interrupted the ease of travel, but this will pass.

I believe that the trajectory of a globally connected and mobile community will quickly resume next year, and will only accelerate in the future.

Did your Irish heritage play a part in your decision to open in London?

As my medical qualifications span Ireland, the EU, the UK, and Australia, I’m privileged to be in the unique situation of being able to provide medical services in all of these jurisdictions.

With the launch of my new brand, I decided that it was time for us to expand into the UK.

Of course, Melbourne and my clients here remain very dear and important to me, and services in Melbourne will continue in parallel with our expansion into London.

How this will work?

I’ll personally provide aesthetic medical services in Melbourne at regular intervals throughout the year, and the continuity of service will also be maintained by my experienced and qualified cosmetic nurse team. I will also be available to my Melbourne patients for cosmetic consultations on a daily basis by Zoom when I’m in London.

I love my Melburnian patients, and I am excited to be able to travel back and forth to ensure continuity and connection with them. I plan to bring ideas from Melbourne to London, and ideas from London to Melbourne. And of course there are many Australians who live in and travel through London who I will see and treat there too.

Melbourne will always remain core to my practice.

“I love my Melburnian patients, and I am excited to be able to travel back and forth to ensure continuity and connection with them.”

Can you tell us about the London clinic?

The London clinic is based in arty and bustling Soho. Arguably London’s most vibrant place, a zone of fashion and beauty and long-time center of alternative culture – it is full of energy and vibrancy. So, it was a natural choice for us.

The clinic design encourages patients to feel comfortable and to spend time there, with a very contemporary yet warm design. Generous time is allocated to each appointment ensuring patients are never rushed in our care.

When I’m not in the clinic I’m looking forward to submerging myself in Soho’s food and art scene.

What kind of services will you provide from the Soho clinic?

I’ll be providing our existing suite of aesthetic medical services, plus some additional new services including more variety in thread lifting options, specialist skin peels, radio-frequency skin tightening, amongst others. I will also be introducing my signature Yearly Facial which I’m sure will be a hit in London just as it has been in Melbourne.

With our focus on the latest technology in cosmetic medicine, we are constantly readdressing and expanding our services.

I’ll also be training other doctors in the art and skills of aesthetic medicine, skills which I’ve perfected over the past two decades.
