Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be advised with as much notice as possible prior to the booked appointment.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the booked appointment will attract a charge of 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or in the event of failure to attend the appointment forfeit the deposit in full. This has a minimal value of 250.00 GBP or 500.00 AUD and any gap between the deposit paid and the minimum value will be invoiced.

In the event of there being no deposit on file, an equivalent fee will be invoiced.
